Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are currently using ADP Workforce Now for our payroll and a portion of our onboarding. Finance and HR are the main departments utilizing their services.

Pros and Cons

Pros

The employees are polite and professional.
Learning models are good.

Cons

Employee knowledge on how the system works should be better.
The hiring process is clunky.

Return on Investment

We know our payroll deductions are correct.
Our taxes are being paid on time.

Systems Integrated With

Jazz HR
Ease

The Jazz HR transition is somewhat smooth. The only problem I have with that is that the system always makes the new hire a non-paying position. We have not been able to set-up ease yet, however.

Likelihood to Recommend

Our service rep Bryan is amazing. He is a sharp young man who knows his stuff.
Implementation is long, tedious and drawn out.
Too many representatives to keep up with. There should be a small team for a more personal relationship.
No one really wants to take responsibility, the buck is being passed to someone else.
The end product would be great but you are nickeled and dimed for every service offered.
Being a small business I don't feel we are as "important" as larger establishments.
