Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used in our organization across the entire organization; multiple states. My role is to implement, change, update, train, etc. everyone and ensure the system is used to the max.

Pros

  • Guidance with locality taxes
  • Helped with compliance in regards to proper paperwork
  • Helped to be in compliance with I-9
Product's overall scalability is pretty good. Not perfect but pretty good.
  • QuickBooks
As far as I know, the implementation team worked pretty good to get this accomplished in time.
The reasons for the change were cost and features. ADP capability is far better than Paychex when it comes to processes.
ADP Workforce Now works very well in those scenarios where the company has multiple facilities and one HR / Payroll Manager. Having it all online is a big plus. Also the electronic onboarding and electronic I-9 are great and helps you to be in compliance with paperwork.
