Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now to enter time into process to payroll. We also started using the Performance Reviews this year.

Pros

  • Time entering
  • Categories for specific options

Cons

  • More user fields. The menus are too spread out and it's hard to find what you need
  • Paid time off calculations don't work and track time properly for salary employees
  • Knowing that payroll will process properly is a huge stress relief
  • We are hoping the Performance Reviews will save time and help make our reviews able to be tracked as we grow

We are still working on getting things the way they need to be.
There had been too many errors in actual payroll processing.
Registering time and paying according to the time is always exact and without concern.
