Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
The District is using ADP Workforce Now across the entire organization. We are using it for payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and performance management.
Pros

- Cannot handle all the complexities of a union contract, need to implement bridges
- Cannot handle pro-rated based on hourly rate change for non-exempt employees, need to implement bridges
- ADP Workforce Now has had more of a budget impact than anticipated due to added costs post implementation and customized reporting costs.

The Point of Sale implementation for timecard was easy. ADP does not import directly to MUNIS so an import file has to be created then manually loaded.
