Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

The District is using ADP Workforce Now across the entire organization. We are using it for payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and performance management.

  • Cannot handle pro-rated based on hourly rate change for non-exempt employees, need to implement bridges
  • ADP Workforce Now has had more of a budget impact than anticipated due to added costs post implementation and customized reporting costs.

The Point of Sale implementation for timecard was easy. ADP does not import directly to MUNIS so an import file has to be created then manually loaded.
ADP Workforce Now works well for time and attendance and access to employee data. ADP Workforce Now struggles to handle some basic payroll functions, like pro-rated pay. Initial thoughts are that anything outside of standard payroll, ADP Workforce Now appears to struggle with; although ADP will tell you they can do all these things, only to discover the system really can't and in order for Workforce Now to process payroll you need to purchase additional bridge import functionality.
