Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used by the whole organization. It allows employees to view their pay and tax info and allows for time tracking.
  • It is user friendly.
  • You can use it as an application on your mobile device.
  • You should be able to enter notes on a specific day when employees are out on their time card.
  • Not all enhancements are effective.
It has some bugs that need ironing out but overall it's a good product.

The ADP team was able to handle the integrations smoothly and worked with us through various loads.
It's much more interactive. The reports are fabulous, especially when you can call and have them custom create whatever you may need.
ADP Workforce Now is customizable to your company's specific need. However, it needs to be more compatible with different web browsers.
