Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is being used by the entire organization for payroll, timecard management, HR and benefits.

Pros

  • APP makes it easily accessible for users.
  • Relatively easy to learn as a new user.

Cons

  • Customer support isn't very helpful.
  • The Bridge should be a guide/extra resource, not the main tool for support.
  • We can now quickly process new hires.
  • Clear Company Performance Reviews
  • WageWorks FSA/COBRA
The integration team was very helpful and kept us well informed throughout the process.
Compared to SAP, Workforce Now is very simple to use. However, I am missing some of the features that SAP had.
The HR/benefits module is not up to par. There are many new systems that are easier to use and better support Human Resources as a whole.
