Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP Workforce Now is being used by the entire organization for payroll, timecard management, HR and benefits.
- APP makes it easily accessible for users.
- Relatively easy to learn as a new user.
- Customer support isn't very helpful.
- The Bridge should be a guide/extra resource, not the main tool for support.
- We can now quickly process new hires.
- Clear Company Performance Reviews
- WageWorks FSA/COBRA
The integration team was very helpful and kept us well informed throughout the process.
Compared to SAP, Workforce Now is very simple to use. However, I am missing some of the features that SAP had.
