Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Currently our organization uses ADP Workforce Now by all departments and employees (exempt and non exempt). We switched from paper time keeping to the automated; it made a huge difference in collecting time/payroll information much easier and more accurate. It provides employees with direct access to see time worked and leave balances. The self service function is truly a time saver for the payroll department, in that employees can change personal information, banking information and tax information themselves.
Pros
- Allows employees the ability to change personal information themselves.
- 'Canned' report availability for those who are not comfortable with creating their own.
Cons
- The assigning of staff to supervisors can get a little murky at times.
- Termination template should be a must and not an option.
- Allows supervisors more time to do other job functions.
- More accuracy and ability to manage payroll expense much easier.
