Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We just converted our HR and Payroll system to ADP, both in our US and Spain offices.

Pros

  • Payroll processing is excellent. It is an easy platform, all your information and tools are at your fingertips.
  • Reporting capabilities are the best in the industry.

Cons

  • Carrier connections was a challenge, but we got it done.
  • The GL integration alone has been an asset to our Controller, makes her life easier.
  • Quick reports, great for providing the CFO his information quickly.
We reviewed Paycom as well.
And all inclusive product makes it much easier for an HR/Payroll department of one. All your products are connected and update automatically between screens and platforms. No waiting for overnight updates.
