Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for clocking in and out, payroll, human resources, reviews, and more things than I use it for personally. Our human resources team, payroll team, supervisors, and management all use parts of ADP Workforce Now in their daily workflows. It helps us address time-card issues, review issues, and many other things.

I did not personally integrate it; it was already set up when I started.
I don't use ADP Workforce Now as much as some of my fellow co-workers, but for the aspects of ADP that I am involved in, I would recommend it!

COVID-19 Response

ADP Workforce Now has been a significant help with our payroll department and the PPP loans and reporting. The COVID-19 Updates tab has also been a tremendous help.
ADP has been beneficial with helping our payroll and accounting departments with the PPP loans and loan forgiveness assistance and reporting.
The COVID-19 resource center offered by ADP has been a huge help with Human Resources. The FAQ and Compliance References have been helpful resources when looking for information on health & safety, privacy/HIPAA, leave of absences, etc. Lot of great links and references.
Our employees have ramped up use of the ADP self service and have been able to do more things mobile without stopping in the office.
