Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP for our HRIS and payroll. Employees have access across the company.
  • Timecards.
  • When you go to upload a file into someone's Cloud file it would be nice to still see the person's name on the screen so you can double-check you are in the right person before you do the final upload.
  • Make it more obvious how to upload a file to the resources page.
  • One system for HRIS and payroll has really helped us manage the workflow. I don't have any hard numbers but it has made things much easier.
We've never had a problem with scalability, adding new employees and transferring new groups of employees is easy. Not that we are looking to add a large number of people at once, but I am comfortable the system could handle it.

So far we haven't had to be involved, the tech teams at each company have handled everything, so it's been easy!
ADP is easy to use for the most part and the customer service is pretty good. I do find, however, that often I have to call customer service 3 times for the same questions and then take the most popular answer as the right answer.
