Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is essentially our HCM/HRIS system given the current size of our organization.
  • User-friendly.
  • Duality of HR/Payroll functions.
  • Limits on customization.
  • Incompatibility with ERP's.
  • Streamlined our process.
  • Alleviated the need for an HRIS.
  • MIRP
  • iCIMS
iCIMS and Kronos were pretty smooth integrations, however, as mentioned previously ADP alleviated the need for either platform with our current size. The integration with MIRP or attempt I should say did not go well at all.
ADP is excellent with regard to HR functions for small to mid-sized organizations literally serving as a stand-alone HRIS.
