Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, benefits enrollment, timekeeping, and employee self-service across the company. ADP addresses the need for a timely, efficient and accurate semimonthly payroll for our company. It also helps us gain efficiencies by allowing our employees access to self-service items such as entering/updating their own direct deposit information, tax information and personal contact information.

  • Onboarding Portal - Their current solution works, but is relatively new and has room for improvement.
  • Efficient payroll process.
  • Efficiencies gained from the onboarding portal - New hires can complete their I-9, Direct Deposit info, and tax information online prior to their start date.
ADP provides efficiencies and has scalable processes that are necessary as our company continues to grow.
  • Saba
This is just a file that runs overnight from ADP to Saba to transfer employee information.
ADP is a good solution for payroll processing, which is their core strength and purpose at our company. It is also great for employees to have access to their information via the self-service portal. They have other solutions as well, but they seem to roll them out pre-maturely which causes some issues. For example, they have an onboarding portal that works but is basic and was rolled out before it was ready and ultimately had to be pulled back because there were too many issues. Also, if you have multiple company codes there is not a good way to transfer an employee from one company code to the other which can be frustrating and time-consuming if this happens often.
