Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
It is being use across the whole organization. We use the payroll and time & attendance systems. It has helped us since the time clock system use to be separate from ADP and now everything is together and works a lot better than before.
- I really like having a Account Manager
- Have time attendance with payroll has been a big help
- I have a really bad experience setting up a new company code, that you need to have someone looking over the process and making sure that everyone is doing their jobs.
- A better way to manage the policies that I want someone to acknowledge they received.
- I think that ADP does a great job with the history of a employee and it is easy to find or put in a report.
I have not used anything but ADP. I first worked in ADP when it was not internet-based and then HRB, my employer, was using the other system. I think that Workforce has been the best, most user friendly for employees and employer.
