Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP is being used across the whole organization. It manages our onboarding and payroll. We are able to track employee information and applications on it. We are also able to use ADP to manage payroll and shifts for employees.
  • Easy payroll submission process.
  • Able to make changes as needed.
  • The onboarding document upload is sometimes fussy.
  • Initial login for employees can be difficult.

Easy to use.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited in the hiring process when it comes to processing online applications. It allows for quick uploads into the ADP system using that information eliminating some steps in the onboarding process.
