Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP as our primary payroll and HR System. It helps us with paying our employees accurately as well as reporting time out of the system and managing the employee's data and information.

Pingboard works pretty well as our organizational chart. However, we are launching our new Jobvite new hire wizard which does not seem compatible with ADP and we have been working with an ADP rep to have a time system be uploaded into ADP. However, they seem to have been distant over the last few weeks in regards to this problem.
We use it for our international payroll and it is a much better system, although a bit antiquated. But its logic remains intact and does not change every quarter and will break and remain broken. The service is stellar and the answers we receive are ones we accept and agree on rather than the answers we get from ADP which are trying to deflect problems or place blame on us.
One aspect of ADP I was extremely pleased about was the ability to create locked-in rates where I can create rates for specific pay classes it really helped with some projects we are working on. Also, labor allocations are useful as well. One problem I have is with the reporting and effective dating. Effective dating does not work by date but by period and it does cause confusion with reporting when it is in the middle of a pay period as it adds the rate together or even sometimes doubles the rate which can be frustrating.
