Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use ADP mostly for HR purposes and also for payroll purposes. We process our employee's timecards in a different system and transfer it to ADP to actually pay our employees.
ADP is where our employees can review and change their benefits and their payment information as well.
We also use ADP to keep track of employees' work status and personal information and run reports for reconciling our financial accounts.

Pros
- Reports - We can pull the information we want to look at and us it to reconcile our financial accounts and invoices from vendors.
- Employee information - We can easily and quickly find and review employee information on the Employment Profile screen. Super helpful screen.
Cons
- Reports - It's not always easy to create a report with the information I need. If ADP could publish easy step-by-step instructions, that would be great.

I do prefer JDE for payroll purposes. I feel that are more user-friendly and easier to navigate.
We have moved away for processing payroll in JDE due to cost. We now use ADP for part of our payroll processing.
