Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used by all employees for day to day tasks such as time keeping and managing personal information. It is an easy way to manage these tasks.
  • Updates constantly to improve usage.
  • Easy to maneuver around the site.
  • It has a great support page.
  • Easy to get ahold of a support person when needed.
  • Updates are late sometimes and not keeping up with changing law needs such as reports needed.
  • It has positively affected how our employees' information is tracked.
  • Everything HR needs is in one place.
ADP has grown as our company has grown.
  • Our benefit broker and vendors.
Full integration to our benefits so that bills can be generated each month.
I have never used any platform other than ADP.
ADP is suited to larger-sized companies. It may not seem necessary for a small company due to the expense.
