The payroll company we used before was more hands-on with their clients. With ADP you have to do more, you have a support person but they will just copy and paste how to do something.

ADP Workforce Now website is very organized and easy to navigate. The only thing that is not the best about ADP is their customer service. I feel like once they get your business they step away from your account. They are more hands-off and you have to do a lot.
