It is used across the whole company. Payroll, HRIS, Recruiting, Time Keeping

All corporate employees have access to what is allowed and needed for their departments and the employees in different locations have access their time cards and paychecks.

For the most part, every time I have called or emailed the support group, they have answered on the spot. I have only had a few questions that took several days for an answer.
ADP is well suited for the HRIS and recruiting. The reports are great also, available to create your own is a nice feature.
Payroll seems to run smoothly especially with the benefits enrollment that flows over to payroll.
Also, the uploading of documents and having employees acknowledge thru ADP is a big assistance for everyone, and the employees can use the acknowledged documents as referrals.

COVID-19 Response

We had no issues during COVID with ADP. They were always available if needed.
ADP was on top of all the COVID information available to employers.
All the COVID information available was very useful.
The younger employees love the mobile APP.
