Web-based software is convenient for all sites to use. [You're] able to upload messages to the home page for all to see. Easy to use [the] system for clocking in and out. They do have a lot of upgrades which they perform mostly on weekends. Compliance and security features for making personal changes are good and safe.

They are easy to work with and understand. The Bridge is a helpful area within their web page to go to for answers and questions. Have never had a problem with a special request for payroll processing (not stuffing in envelopes or sealing). [There are a] variety of reports that can be ran or reports that you can design.

[ADP Workforce Now] is easy to work with, [you] usually get a representative on the phone that is helpful and knowledgeable. You do experience high wait times which is no fun. They have an area on the platform called "The Bridge" which is helpful to answer questions and see what other people are experiencing for issues or questions on changes and where to find things.
