Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP Workforce Now for human resources, payroll, and benefits (to an extent). It is currently being used by myself and my assistant. Employees have access to self-service where they can make changes to personal information and view pay statements. It addresses having multiple systems to complete a task. We simply use WFN for just about everything with the exception of limited benefits.
  • It is a one-stop-shop and gives us no worries when entering information in various systems.
  • The customer service has gotten a lot better over the years.
  • Easy to get help with an issue.
  • The performance management tool could use a revamp.
  • Easy to maintain the system.
  • Great reporting features.
Overall, ADP Workforce Now is a good user-friendly system to use. It is also extremely easy to implement. You can really just use this one system for all of your HR, payroll and benefits needs. While we don't use the recruiting or performance management piece, those tools can be upgraded to suit your needs.
