Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now as our main keeper of data. We use it nationwide for payroll and globally for data. I have used ADP for over 10 years and it keeps improving each year. I am a very big fan of the field grabber. Employees access ADP for their time off and payroll information. It helps employees self service their own time off.
  • Changing data is fairly easy.
  • Reporting field grabber is an excellent tool.
  • Customer service.
  • Ways of reporting has improved but can always be better.
  • After hours customer service.
  • Expand the instant messenger in benefits to payroll.
  • It has been helpful with reporting for our investors wanting to know more about our demographic.
I feel that ADP is easy to use but then again I have been using it for several years. The reporting system has improved and then turn around for payroll registers has increased 100%.

The support we receive from our personal account manager is great. However, when talking to other support, it sometimes makes the issue worse.
Overall, ADP is user friendly.
Our account representative helped us greatly with the general ledger which was a big mess when I first started. Our account rep also sends detailed easy to follow instructions. Sometimes when I call ADP I will get representatives that are not helpful and will tell me something is not available but then another rep will tell me different.
