Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

ADP Workforce Now is used for time and attendance and payroll processing at our company. It is used across the whole organization. ADP Workforce Now helps our company to manage our time and attendance for hourly employees and is a simplified way to process payroll for our 5 different company codes.
  • Very responsive with questions and technical support.
  • Assist with resolving deduction, earning and memo code issues that we have come across.
  • Our payroll process is very streamlined and easy now that we have Workforce Now.
  • Our account representative Susan Satterwhite is always there if I ever have any questions or need anything at all that is payroll related.
  • If there could be more PDF instructions easily available that would be great for training new payroll staff.
  • If there were more certificates to earn relating to the payroll processing in WorkForce Now.
  • Simplify custom and advanced reporting. It currently is kind of complicated for the average person.
  • ADP has made my job duties easier for payroll processing and I am thankful that we use ADP Workforce Now.
  • I would like ADP to assist more with performance reviews and merit related.
  • If ADP could assist with some custom reports that need to be transferred to other administrators that process payroll that would be great.
I am happy with the scalable software that is used across our different departments. We have 5 different company codes that ADP manages and provides organization for our company. I gave this rating because I am very satisfied with ADP Workforce Now.

  • BenExpress deduction upload feeds
We are satisfied with the integration of these three other companies that we use for benefits. The weekly Fidelity feed upload has made payroll processing much easier.

I love the software and our specialist Susan S. is always going above and beyond to assist with any questions or issues that we come across.
We have had issues with holiday pay pulling in incorrectly for specific holidays and our support specialist was able to change the holiday rule for MLK day. We had employees being paid holiday worked pay but not holiday pay and she was able to assist us with solving this issue and ensured that the issue will not happen for the next holiday.
