Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP WFN across the entire organization. It has helped to address tracking of hours for salaried exempt employees. It has also been helpful in running several HR Reports.
  • Benefits open enrollment.
  • Reporting.
  • Customization of home page.
  • Security profiles.
  • Return to work surveys should be available through web portal. We have many employees who do not have personal devices for the mobile app.
  • Time & Attendance reports could be more easily shared and edited as "Public" reports.
  • Don't specifically track this.
We have nearly doubled our headcount over past 8 years, adding operations in 3 states. ADP was easy to manage this growth!

  • iCIMS ATS
Carrier connections were ok for some. Other carrier connections were glitchy and could not accurately manage enrollment changes. We did not proceed with integration of iCIMS ATS due to the implementation cost quoted by ADP.
We have used ADP for 20+ years. I did not make the decision to go with ADP WFN.

For some of our requests, it takes weeks to resolve issues. For most, we get the service and support needed.
Well suited for employee self-service and manager visibility to employee information. Good for a mid-sized company with relative complexity in work and pay rules. Could be better in its leave tracking functionality.

COVID-19 Response

Return to Work surveys and vaccination tracking function is nice to have but is not customizable and only available on mobile app. That leaves out 50% of our workforce.
PPP loan resources were a big help!
So was the FFCRA pay codes and tracking capability!
To a degree- only for those that are tech savvy and have willingness to use their device for work.
