Use Cases and Deployment Scope

All employees use ADP Workforce Now. It has improved communication, consistency, and efficiency within our organization.

Pros and Cons

Constantly developing and improving
Communication changes
Offers plenty of webinars

Performance review system is not user-friendly and should link to payroll easier.
Reports have improved, but I hope to see continued changes to navigation and options.
I would like to be able to add supplemental pay codes to multiple employees at the same time.

Return on Investment

[There has been] 100% improvement in consistent communication with our employees.
[It has] allowed us to streamline previously multiple tools into one format for HR.
[It has] improved consistency and compliance in areas such as ACA & open enrollment.
