Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

All employees use ADP Workforce Now. It has improved communication, consistency, and efficiency within our organization.
  • Constantly developing and improving
  • Communication changes
  • Offers plenty of webinars
  • Performance review system is not user-friendly and should link to payroll easier.
  • Reports have improved, but I hope to see continued changes to navigation and options.
  • I would like to be able to add supplemental pay codes to multiple employees at the same time.

  • [It has] allowed us to streamline previously multiple tools into one format for HR.

ADP Workforce Now has been great for our relatively small business. I'm not sure it would have been as well suited to a different employer that was much larger and had multiple branches.
