Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently utilize ADP Workforce Now as our timekeeping, payroll and HR portal for all employees. It has allowed us to streamline processed and become more efficient. Previously a lot of our systems were not integrated requiring manual processes, this has eliminated that and save valuable time and resources.
  • Ease of access for employees.
  • Integrated timekeeping and payroll.
  • I would like to see the implementation team have better communication between themselves.
  • Onsite training for staff and managers.
  • Less errors in payroll processing
  • Reduced the number of manual processes
It allowed us to build the system and utilize the features that are best for our business while allowing growth.

It has not been the easiest of the processes we implemented. We are still working on the deposit.

While the implementation has been a challenge the team we worked with has stepped up each and every time to work with us on fixing things and customizing it to how we work.
For small companies it might be not be necessary to have all the functions that the system offers, using one or two until a company grows and then growing the system to meet the needs is a great option.
