Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently utilize ADP Workforce Now as our timekeeping, payroll and HR portal for all employees. It has allowed us to streamline processed and become more efficient. Previously a lot of our systems were not integrated requiring manual processes, this has eliminated that and save valuable time and resources.

Pros and Cons

Ease of access for employees.
Integrated timekeeping and payroll.

I would like to see the implementation team have better communication between themselves.
Onsite training for staff and managers.

For small companies it might be not be necessary to have all the functions that the system offers, using one or two until a company grows and then growing the system to meet the needs is a great option.
