Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
WFN is used across the entire organization as a portal for employees to obtain their pay statements, punch time, enroll in benefits, onboard and find company related information. It solves the problem of having an easy to navigate interface both via a desktop and mobile access environment.
- Interface is user friendly and easy for employees to navigate.
- The open enrollment module is easy to set up and use.
- The ability to customize workflow rules down to an individual custom field would be a great improvement.
- More complex report building is needed such as ability to join tables and build on multiple queries.
- The ability to put custom fields on its own tile to use to gather information for reporting.
- Upgrade the organizational chart so it can easily be collapsed and expanded and exports with a key identifier.

It was easy.
It was a more enterprise HRIS application and had an excellent report builder. The interface was not as nice looking as ADP from a visual standpoint.
