Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used by Human Resources, Payroll and Finance Departments.
  • Payroll process.
  • Reporting.
  • Data entry process.
  • Timekeeping - Integration to Payroll processing.
  • Hours manually entered where punches should feed automatically.
  • Makes payroll processing fairly easy.
There is room for improvement.
  • Benefit vendors
Still having issues with file feeds.

Our contacts are great and very responsive to any needs and concerns. They are both very knowledgable and work with you until the issue is fixed or question is answered.
Well suited to the actual payroll process and data entry.

Would like to see improvement in department and code building.
