Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is being used by Human Resources, Payroll and Finance Departments.
  • Payroll process.
  • Reporting.
  • Data entry process.
  • Timekeeping - Integration to Payroll processing.
  • Hours manually entered where punches should feed automatically.
  • Makes payroll processing fairly easy.
There is room for improvement.
  • Benefit vendors
Still having issues with file feeds.

Well suited to the actual payroll process and data entry.
