Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce now for Payroll, Time Off, and Timecard Keeping. The entire organization utilizes these features.

Pros

  • Payroll.
  • Time Cards.
  • Time Off.
  • Employee Information.

Cons

  • Schedule integration with Google Calendar.
  • It has helped organize our payroll and attendance.
  • It has helped us generate useful reports.
We are able to use it to manage our entire organization across multiple departments and locations.
We use a report to download the employee information and upload it into Compligo to easily update our compliance system automatically.

Yes

Most of the time when you call support you get transferred to a call center in Asia, and if they can't solve the issue, they transfer you to a different call center in the United States. While these people can be helpful at times, it feels impersonal and they can be hard to understand at times.
ADP is good for organizations with many locations to keep employee information, time, and payroll organized. It would most likely not be as appropriate for smaller businesses with few employees or only 1 location.
