Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP for Payroll, HR and Benefits. We also use ADP for our tax deposits.

Pros

Cons

  • Not so many updates.
  • Changing things all the time, thinking they are better and it now takes 10 steps where before it only took 2 steps to complete a task. [I think] the new manual check module is horrible.
  • I hate that we have to open a case for every little thing.
  • I really like the ease of how payroll works overall.
  • I think the onboarding process has been good.
  • I think the benefits enrollment works really well.
I have worked for two different payroll companies that used ADP. The first company used enterprise and the 2nd Workforce Now. I love Workforce Now. Enterprise not so much.

Because since ADP went to having account managers it has been great. We have the best account manager and she is so good at her job. She is wonderful to work with and we just are so lucky to have her.

I really hate the new Manual check module. I liked having everything on one page and not having to flip from page to page through it. [I think] it is really cumbersome and frankly not user friendly. I have asked for more training on this module so I can be ready when it rolls out but have heard nothing and gotten no additional resources. It really frustrates me when ADP changes things that are running well. I really do not know how anyone could think this new way is better. Maybe it is just me but I really dislike it and I am dreading the day that I have to start using it.
