- When doing updates they do not test how it will effect company changes.
- When an employee is on leave, you have to enter the first date of payroll instead of the first day out.
- ADP should have its own software to load documents. We have to use Docufree now, and we are constantly having problems with ADP not loading the files we send through Docufree. Docufree is great, but they have a problem getting them loaded in ADP. I am not sure where the breakdown is.
- It is keeping us organized.
