Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use Workforce Now for processing our payroll.
  • Home Page for information dissemination
  • Standard payroll that you only have to enter changes for
  • Reporting-There are several places you have to go to get reports and some information is not accessible at all in reporting. The custom reports works but there are field you can't get and some joins you can't do. There is too much external report to be done to not have a good reporting option
  • Some of the customer service reps are knowledgeable but a lot aren't. It is frustrating to call for help and really have to figure it out yourself or get a work around because they rep doesn't know
  • The system isn't intuitive, it is cumbersome and a lot of thing unless you know how to do them you won't figure it out. Practitioners use the system constantly but employee and managers don't, so the interfaces they use should be better laid out and take you through step by step process for performance management etc.
  • Less resources needed to process payroll and performance management
We use payroll and performance management. We used to use Talent but it did not have all the features of a real talent management system and too much outside of the system things had to be done so we stopped using it and purchased a ATP add-on.
Yes, but now we just use JazzHR and not ADP Talent at all.
Deltek is a ERP system so of course it does more than ADP. However the payroll in ADP is more user friendly

Some support agents are better than other. I think companies should have dedicated reps
If you are familiar with payroll systems and creating reports it is a system that you can process payroll with fairly few resources. It also is a reliable system since it has been around for awhile.
