Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
ADP is used company wide. Time, Attendance, Performance for all. HR uses it for their one stop shop for HRIS.
- User Friendly for employees
- Personalize your dashboard
- Ample resources
- Onboarding does not allow for electronic signatures
- Reporting is cumbersome and diffcult at best
- Not having to go to multiple persons with ADP for various task.
- Service connect is awful to try to resolve issues - too slow, not efficient use of time to get things done
- Account manager has too many clients and cannot possibly provide adequate customer service to their clients
- For several years we had pricing that was no longer conducive to all the things we used ADP for. After reconiling the bill and bringing this to their attention then they sales department provided bundling pricing for us which saved us roughly 30,000 to 50,000 annually. This means for at least 3 years we were being overcharged. As as a good faith measure they gave us a small one time discount. very disappointing!
- We wanted to make our onboarding more collabrotive and interactive and not so daunting but ADP does not allow digital or electronic signatures which for a government agency like ours makes it veitually useless. So what we hoped to be a great addition has turned out to be total loss.

Very difficult to work with legal depatmaent took well over a year and then come to find out was not going to work for us anyway.
