Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use it for payroll but all employees have access to view their paystubs, etc. Salary employees also use it to request time off.
  • Our rep is outstanding!
  • FLSA calculations are a lifesaver.
  • Ease of use.
  • Would be nice to see more items such as the way a calc is set up since we can't view that part.
  • Would be great if the FLSA calc can work on retro pay and recalc the FLSA pay from a previous pay period including the retro we add to a check.
  • Allowed easier calculation of FLSA rules every payday.
  • Allows us to have calculations for CA rules.
  • Cost is high.
I haven't seen any issues with this.
