Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We use WFN to process all things payroll, personnel files, recruiting, benefits, training, and compliance. The entire organization uses it directly or utilizes reports from it for management purposes. On more than one occasion, WFN has kept us up to date on changing government regulations and offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to benefits and payroll administration.
- Keeps us informed of changing government requirements and regulations to prepare us for compliance.
- Allows custom report building to facilitate more efficient decision-making and audit preparation.
- Ensures an easy Recruiting Life Cycle by supporting all areas and allowing smooth transition after onboarding.
- Customer support is always available via the Bridge, Support, and call center options. There is always an answer to be found.
- As part of a multi-division company, it would be nice to allow a smoother transition of employees between divisions. Perhaps allowing one profile to have multiple IDs without having to build a whole new profile.
- I would like to see more control to manage employee use of WFN. Currently, they can edit their profile (pictures and such) and there are occasions where the employee choice is unprofessional.
- It would be helpful to have different language options as we employ several non-English speakers and getting them to utilize WFN is difficult.
- Worth every penny. Has streamlined and created efficiencies that allow our company to focus on managing our company and employees, not our data.

It was lengthy but generally easy to process. The Support Team was concise and responsive. It was a very smooth transition.
