Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Several modules are used across the whole organization: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HR, compensation, performance, benefits, self-service, time & attendance, time off, policies, ACA, custom reporting, analytics, and ADP tax reporting. When initial module changes are rolled out sometimes there are little tweaks that need to be made, but as a whole it is a great system that continues to improve.
- Training client support.
- Module enhancements.
- Looking for ways to be the leader in the space.
- Look for ways to be the front runner in the HRIS space, sometimes the rollouts are lagging to other vendors.
- Time off automatically posting to the employee calendars has some functionalities the ADP administrators are unaware of unless calling client support.
- Provide interactive sessions for upgrades rather than just providing a PDF as users will get more out of a live session than just browsing the PDF.
- Streamline processes.
- Eliminated paper and time consuming spreadsheets.
- The availability of reliable data in one place.
- Cornerstone
simple
ADP at the time was lacking in keeping up with technology enhancements 18 years ago when I used Ceridian. Since ADP has stepped up to meet or exceed the everchanging technology that will continue to be the reason why or why not an organization stays with their HRIS system.
