Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We currently use ADP Workforce Now across our entire organization. We are able to complete performance reviews, training classes, and so much more through this platform! We upgraded from ADP Run and the transition was smooth and easy -- the implementation team does a great job and make sure you know how to use the features.

  • More organized and streamlined approach for multiple companies to be under 1 login.
ADP WFN asks for feedback often and asks users to submit ideas. I think some changes need to happen in order for platform to operate at a 100% efficiency. Some things just do not make sense.

We ultimately went with ADP WFN after research on many top payroll/HRIS system planforms. WFN brought the most to the table in the areas we were looking -- Performance Reviews, Job Changes, online I-9, electronic onboarding, recruitment. Additionally. because we updated from ADP Run, all of our data transferred.

Calling is the best option. Service tickets take for ever for someone to answer or even acklowdge the ticket.
ADP WFN can work for you -- small or large company! We have our company plus our division on the same platform with different company codes. We also have employees in different states and WFN makes all parts of HR seamless with is platform. The platform makes it easier to encourage participation and encouragement to follow policies -- ie. requesting a day off.
