Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Currently, we use ADP WFN for payroll processing. Yes, it is being used across the whole entire organization. We are currently implementing applicant tracking systems and even though I've used it in the past it's an excellent choice. We are also implementing the recruiting part of ADP Workforce Now. This will also help streamline processes and take away the manual process of paper applications.

Because of customizations that can be done to fit our company needs. User-friendly makes it so much better. And on the scale are right. So much better than the competitors the UltiPro the Kronos Paychex pay com workday. ADP is a much better product and user-friendly than its competitors.

Reports, and it worked very well.
ADP Workforce Now is very user-friendly. The reporting system, I reports, and the analytical reports are fantastic. This convenience makes processing payroll HR applicant tracking so much easier. And time and attendance as well. Compared to UltiPro the Oracle Lawson and sap ADP is one of the easiest and best to use.

I have used ADP for many years, whether you go old-school ADP or ADP advantage, ADP Workforce Now is actually one of the best in the industry. ADP Workforce Now is one of the best because of its convenience. You have everything under one Hub so you can contact our support connect. Everything's under one hub: your learning modules, your bridge, everything is there that you would need to do what you need to do. As far as HR payroll applicant tracking and recruiting are in one system.
ADP is very user-friendly. And I can always get an answer they take a couple of times. The car company on with I was using an old version of Kronos and could not afford to upgrade Kronos because they went up on their prices. I was able to encourage them to go with ADP and they have not been disappointed at all.

COVID-19 Response

ADP did very well. We did not have you buy a tracking system for COVID. ADP Put the tools right in Workforce Now. ADP also made this feature user-friendly like all of their other products so there was no worry about do I need to train the people in the field to use this feature.
ADP made it so simple to apply for PPP loans because they provided reporting under the analytical reports that companies or Banks were looking for. This made our PPP loan process very smooth and very easy. I would highly recommend ADP to anyone. ADP has really made this process a smooth one for this company
These resources made a decision easy because there was no extra added fees to use this product. The tool was self-explanatory and long training videos were not necessary just going as the information and it's done. ADP is classic for user-friendly and he's of implementing new software and new features.
We absolutely love the mobile feature of ADP. It makes submitting or requesting time off a breeze. It makes timekeeping a breeze. No more having to find a computer to put time in for employees you can do that on the convenience of your cell phone. You can also update direct deposit, update your taxes and talk to a manager's like inbox them with questions so that makes it very user-friendly and convenient
