Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP WFN for all HR tracking, time and attendance and to support two payroll companies.

  • Onboarding.
  • Benefit events.
  • Additional space for longer job titles.
  • file transfer dates effective earlier than last day of the cycle.
  • easier to navigate membership permissions.
  • Increase in productivity.
  • Obtaining information quicker.
  • Ad hoc reporting.
ADP gives us the control to roll out to any tier and regulate permissions across our organization.
  • Veracross
This was unachievable due to the capabilities of Veracross to integrate via API with ADP.

Support in all areas are great.

ADP is exceptional with creating custom reports that fit your needs. My only suggestion is that instead of creating the report FOR the customer, they teach them and walk them through the setup so the customer LEARNS.
