Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP across the whole organization. It helps keep everything for our employees in one place from payroll & requesting time off to their benefit enrollments and onboarding. This has been extremely beneficial for the HR department because it not only helps having everyone in one place, but it helps us help our employees when they have questions. We can also roll out any new policies that need signatures through ADP and it is so helpful.

Pros

  • Helpful wizards make everything an easy process.
  • Quick to answer questions and troubleshoot bugs.
  • Setting up onboarding is super easy and covers everything.
  • E-I9 process is electronic and efficient.

Cons

  • The app should be able to do what the website does.
  • Rehiring employees does not work in ADP right now.
  • Increased HR efficiency.
  • Increased transparency of employee's own information to them.
I feel like they really understand how to make ADP work for any business and any needs.

They are always helpful to me and even if I feel like my question was kind of dumb, they take it serious and make me feel valued. I like that they don't just fix things, they teach you how to do parts if it's something you can do on your end too.
ADP Workforce Now is well suited for every part of the employee's life cycle. The only scenarios that currently do not work with ADP Workforce Now is rehiring employees and placing and removing employees from a leave of absence. Otherwise, it really does cover all the bases. The app is fairly simply and glitchy but has a lot of promise.
