Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP as our HRIS as well as our Payroll function. It has some good capabilities and integrations with other systems we use across our organization but there are some downfalls in terms of reporting structure and people analytics. We use ADP as our major source of information and employee storage.

I believe there are a lot of things ADP can do well in but there are so many features it is sometimes hard to keep track of. There is some flexibility in some areas but other areas you can tell are not as developed. There is room for improvement for sure.

Support has always been really responsive. Whenever I use the service connect portal I always get a response back in less than 24 hours. Our rep is always really patient and is able to solve all my issues and answer all my questions. I am super impressed with the customer service of ADP.
I would say ADP is great for keeping track of employee data. It has some good integrations with many other systems which makes it easy to transfer, import, and upload data. There are some downfalls to the reporting end as it is a little bit confusing at times. We also do not currently use the reporting features.
