Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Across whole department. It is our employee database and employee portal. We use it for reporting, employee information, performance reviews and more. It's extremely helpful to have everything we need in one place. The app is used by our employees and they're even able to enroll in benefits over their phone. It's extremely user friendly and easy to help employees.

Good, easy to scale for exempt, vs non-exempt, vs professional non-exempt. Easy to use across departments and easy to train new supervisors handling timecards, payroll, and employee data.

Quick responses from help team, either virtually or over the phone. Great resources for learning, and resources that we can give to our employees and managers.
Extremely useful for virtual employee database, payroll, tracking employee info changes (personal or job related). Performance reviews are fantastic but the backend work is a little confusing if you're the one approving or running the review. User friendly for employee portal, easy to help employees figure out how to request PTO, see their pay statements, etc.
