Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Across whole organization
Time Clock, HR platform, Payroll
  • Responds timely with updates
  • Once Info in system, easy to access
  • Reporting platform TOO big and cumbersome. Not user friendly at all
  • Too many windows don't "speak" to each other, ie update info in Position, then have to go to Corp and update
  • When an emp terms, I wish the PTO/Holiday would auto clear out vs manually having to go in and remove
  • Brought us into this century - we were paper before

I did not previously use this system, but our Sr. HR Generalist did, and I have been told Paycor was much more user friendly and did not require so much updating information in numerous areas. The platforms/pages "talked"/were synced much more efficiently

Chat and phone are very good, but we tend to get a number of different answers.

Set up - HORRIBLE

Direct Representative - NONE
I just find the system to be pretty cumbersome. So many different avenues do not "speak" with one another, and it is easy to miss an area that needs to be updated.
The reporting mechanism is awful!
I also find that when I connect with either the Chat or actually call, I get a multitude of different answers when seeking assistance. For example, the OE set up has/was been terrible. We have had so many different answers and different agents set up differently or incorrectly
