We use ADP Workforce Now for onboarding, payroll, benefits, & timekeeping across the whole organization.
- Open enrollment for benefits.
- Onboarding for new employees.
- The service team always takes way too long and rarely knows how to answer my questions. I always have to call multiple times to finally get a correct answer.

We previously used SilkRoad for onboarding, so that was integrated with ADP Workforce Now, but now we switched to ADP Workforce Now onboarding to streamline the process.
