Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ADP Workforce Now for onboarding, payroll, benefits, & timekeeping across the whole organization.

Pros and Cons

Open enrollment for benefits.
Onboarding for new employees.

The service team always takes way too long and rarely knows how to answer my questions. I always have to call multiple times to finally get a correct answer.

Scalability

The only thing we've added to ADP Workforce Now since launch is the onboarding feature.

Systems Integrated With

SilkRoad

We previously used SilkRoad for onboarding, so that was integrated with ADP Workforce Now, but now we switched to ADP Workforce Now onboarding to streamline the process.
