Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

[ADP Workforce Now] is our primary source for employee information, employee timecards, and processing the entire company's payroll. It's easy to use and allows complete customization from scheduling to custom reporting. In the construction industry, we have multiple job sites in various markets and states. It's used company-wide from the field technicians, project managers, to the VP.
  • Reporting - completely customizable
  • Mobile App - employees can access their pay information quickly
  • Support - service requests
  • Updates - sometimes a system update can tweak a couple [of] things and it can cause confusion or change the entire process

Numerous types of employers use [ADP Workforce Now] worldwide and it's interesting to see webinars or articles about how others are using it compared to how we use it. It's completely customizable to your needs and if it's not, the next update will potentially have a new feature or something you can implement easily.

Our account representative is very responsive and involved with all of our service requests. If we still have questions, [they] set up a call so we aren't emailing back and forth.
[ADP Workforce Now] support is quick to respond and insightful - representatives always chime in your account rep and ours will follow up or be involved somehow.
