Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
Our company mainly uses ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing, and wedo not use it company-wide. We don't use it to request time off and have no plans on using that feature. We also do not use it for supervisors to approve timesheets, but we are slowly working in that direction.
- The ease of processing payroll.
- Wait times when calling in for payroll-related issues. LONG response time when submitting a case on service connect.
- "Background Mainframe" where [I am] unable to access [my] full account to make changes or view how something is set up.
- When receiving an error in payroll, ADP Workforce Now doesn't give you any leads as to what the problem could potentially be. It just simply tells [me] to call ADP Workforce Now, and [I'm] forced to sit on hold for upwards of 1 hour.
- Creating new pay codes.
- Setting up and creating access permissions.
- Small troubleshooting.
We are lucky to have a great ADP Workforce Now consultant. She is knowledgeable and always willing to find the answer. We would be LOST without having her. We have worked on small and larger projects, with more to come.
