Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

This is used by our human resources and payroll department to manage employee information such as personal information, payroll information, insurance, and benefits enrollment. We also take advantage of the app, as well as the multitude of reports that are able to be run on ADP. It is an easy resource to use.

Pros

  • Running reports.
  • Benefits enrollment.
  • Managing employee info.

Cons

  • An app for not just employees to use, but for HR department to use, ability to do everything you can do on the web, in an app, phone friendly.
  • Dark mode/different themes.
  • Real time in website support/chat.
  • Helps keep employee info private.
  • Helps keep employee info organized.
  • Easy to look up employee info.
I was not aware of this feature. I will need to look into the feature.

Sometimes hard to get ahold of customer service personnel, or they don't know how to fix issues.
ADP is great to look for and store employee information.
