Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We use ADP Workforce Now across the board for our whole company. We have most of the modules offered to include time and attendance, leave, HR and benefits, and recruitment and onboarding. It is our go-to for aspects of employee tracking and payroll.
  • Onboarding.
  • Benefit Tracking.
  • Tax Filing.
  • Customer Service.
  • Very pricey.
  • I've never had any issues with the payroll process.
We only have one company, so it's hard to determine how exactly this would be different with multiple.
  • HR Benefits.
  • Enhanced time.
  • Recruitment.
It's always challenging, but the end result is a good product that meets our needs.
