Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now
We are only using it for payroll. It is used here any by our parent company - 26 locations. This has been instrumental in helping with New Hire reporting, Taxes, and the ability to pay employees outside of the normal payroll.
- New Hire Reporting
- Communication for trouble tickets and sales questions
- Negative - did not completely allow us to upload historical data
- Positive - reduction of man hours to process payroll
Although user friendly, I do feel that there are areas that can be improved. Reporting can still be very difficult, and many times, reports will provide duplicate data. ADP has looked at it and can't fix it.
Payday Payroll was a better HRIS system overall, but the ADP Payroll is more user friendly for processing payroll.

In the past, you had a person you could email or call for help. Now, everything has to be done as a support order ticket. Many times, I do not realize they have written back, so too much time passes before I check on it. I feel this is a drop in customer service. I am too busy to have to keep going in and checking.
