Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

We recently implemented ADP WFN for our HRIS. Our main reason for selecting ADP was because we needed a full solution to handle both domestic and international payroll, as well as time-off tracking. With ADP's partners such as MiHi and Celergo this was a solid solution.

While ADP has international partners like MiHi and Celergo, there is still work to be done on the full integration with ADP WFN. For example, we can not currently collect banking details for our international employees in ADP WFN which needs to be fed to Celergo. We have to manually collect it and separately add it to Celergo.

We have not integrated any systems yet, but plan to integrate our ATS, Lever, next year. We will also be using Org Charts Now for our org chart management and workforce planning at some point. It would be great if WFN had a better org chart feature. This is a gap for us at this time.

Yes

The wait times can be high, but usually, you get solid support when you call. I try to use the Bridge as much as possible, which seems to have a lot of what is needed to answer questions.
Because of our large growth, we have found that ADP has a great product for new hires' onboarding that is customizable and comprehensive. However, we have had challenges with implementing the international aspects of payroll and timekeeping.
